Haha! I love the ongoing Casey Serin story. If you seriously put money/time/effort into Casey's project(s), you've done about as much research into him as he seems to do into them (the projects). I believe he's pulled out of/renegged on everything he's been involved in up until now, usually in a not too pleasant way. I'm so glad that he's back though; reading about his "adventures" in the real estate market was incredibly entertaining.

James, you sound like me in the early days. I would argue with Casey on the very term, HATER. A Hater, in the slang Casey uses, means somebody jealous of another.

Who the heck is jealous of your grifter friend, Casey? Certainly not any of us. I do give you props, as always, you are willing to criticize and that is what makes you a decent guy.

Guys like Casey think the world owes them something. I hate to break it to Casey but the most successful business people usually don't surround themselves with YES men. Good job, James!
