Casey, Eliminate My Debt

So I deleted my Facebook and therefor don't get my daily dose of Casey shenanigans. In lieu of that I figured I could bring some of the shenanigans here to my blog.

Anyway, Casey is now working on mortgage elimination and "strawman" stuff, which in theory will give him the power to cancel mortgages just like that. I don't fully understand the concept but it has to do with the bank not being able to validate the loan, and that the loan was never there in the first place. Something about your "John Hancock" having the magical power of creating money from thin air. Casey seems very convinced that this is all well and good, but I obviously have my reservations. What I will say though is this; If this ever actually works out, I will be buying a house tomorrow and never paying a dime for it.... wait, when you put it that way it sounds a bit dishonest and greedy, it's all good right Casey?

    Do you have any info on his parent's bankruptcy?

  2. Yeah I quickly found many cases of this being thrown out in court and even cases of criminal charges being brought against those that try this. This post was somewhat satirical. As far as the bankruptcy I don't know the status but would imagine that his parents house would be his first attempt at eliminating a mortgage.
